How CAQA WHS subscriptions are established, invoiced, renewed and ended - with no payments taken through this website.
These Subscription Terms explain how subscriptions to the CAQA WHS platform are established, invoiced, renewed and ended. CAQA WHS is part of CAQA Groups and is operated by Career Calling International Pty Ltd (ABN 53 162 651 238). These terms should be read together with our WHS Platform Terms and Data Processing and Security Notice.
This website contains no online checkout, cart, pricing engine or payment facility, and does not collect payment card details. It is an information and enquiry site for safety managers, WHS coordinators, compliance teams, education and training providers, businesses and government organisations evaluating the platform. All commercial arrangements are made off-site, in writing, between your organisation and CAQA.
A subscription begins when your organisation accepts a written proposal, order form or subscription agreement that records the subscription tier, included features and modules, user numbers, implementation services, fees, billing frequency, term and any special conditions. If anything on this website appears to differ from your signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
Subscription fees are invoiced directly to your organisation in accordance with the agreement - typically annually or as otherwise agreed - and are payable by the due date shown on the invoice. Fees for implementation, configuration, training or data migration services are set out separately in the agreement. GST is applied as required by law.
Subscriptions run for the initial term stated in the agreement. Unless the agreement says otherwise, we will contact your organisation before the end of the term about renewal; any renewal, and any fee changes applying to it, are confirmed in writing. We do not silently roll subscriptions into new charges without notice.
Cancellation rights, notice periods and any early-termination consequences are set out in your subscription agreement. Requests to cancel should be made in writing by an authorised officer of your organisation. Because no payments are made through this website, cancellation of a subscription is always handled with our team directly rather than through any online self-service facility on this site.
Refunds and other remedies are governed by your subscription agreement and by the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the platform fails to meet a consumer guarantee that applies to your organisation, you are entitled to the remedies the law provides. Requests should be raised through the contact pathway below and will be assessed on their facts.
We may suspend platform access where invoices remain unpaid after reasonable notice, where continued access poses a genuine security risk, or where use breaches the acceptable-use requirements in our WHS Platform Terms. We restore access promptly once the issue is resolved. Suspension does not delete your organisation's data.
We may improve or modify platform features over time. Changes that materially reduce the functionality your organisation has subscribed to are communicated in advance where reasonably possible. Updates to these Subscription Terms are published on this page and apply to new and renewing subscriptions from the date of publication.
At the end of a subscription your organisation may export its safety records during the wind-down period described in the agreement. After that period, client data is deleted or de-identified as described in our Data Processing and Security Notice. We encourage organisations to complete exports before the final access date.
